We take immense pride in ensuring that, where possible, every mouthful comprises the delicious ingredients sourced from the Scottish Borders and surrounds. Supporting the local farms and businesses which supply us with the freshest fruit and vegetables and the finest meats and fish is at the heart of our kitchen’s ethos and we believe our menus taste all the better for it.
